Default Gas Mileage drop in my GS

When I first got my integra gs at 27k miles the car will run close to 380 on full tank of gas. After I installed apexi air intake, I notice the gas mileage dropped at least 30 miles per tank. I also installed HKS Hi power exhaust on my car. I am thinking I attached the apexi air instake into the stock air tube, is could that be the cause or could it be that it is not seal tight? or is it hks hi power exhaust is using alot of gas? my fuel filter is pretty new, I change oil every 3000 miles, also I did fuel cleaning already. My car is at 46k miles at the moment, do you think spark plug have anything to do with it? also i feel the need to do transmission flush since I drove the car for 20k miles now, please tell me what you guys think. oh I get about 330 full tank compare to 360 before the mod.

maybe with the mods you are pushing it more?

power increase = less mileage per gallon

new plugs, cap and rotor., oil change if u havent, maybe some sea foam.

wow i wish i got that. i have a 95 ls and in get 250 per tank. every maintenance done. i only have intake, headers, middle 2.5 section. but that is about all. the difference over years is huge and I only have 77k miles on mine.

I know how you feel man, my 00ls gets the exact same as yours, all I have is a CAI. I am a bit heavy on the pedal at times but not enough to kill the milage as bad as i'm getting.
