you can get an aftermarket power window kit, or just get the componenets that you need from a junkyard. you need the motor, wiring, and supporting brackets. you will have to hook the positive wires to the battery, connec inline fuses, and and add your own custom switches.

The parts you need are: power window door panels w/swithes and a pair of regulators or motors. It's not that hard.
