Default P28 ecu and vafc?

I just recently bought chipped P28 ecu and conversion harness OBD2a-OBD1...My integra gsr has vafc on it connected to the stock wiring harness, if u put my conversion harness and plug my P28, will that give me a problem because, again the vafc is connected to the stock wiring. Or do i have to put everything on stock wirring and start a new one on the conversion harness? thanks much

Can I pose another question for you? Since you have the P28, why not sell the VAFC and get the ECU chipped and run Uberdata? This way you don't have to run piggy back systems and Uberdata will tune your car much better.

the P28 is actually chipped already...i was just wondering if its going to be an issue when i plug in my conversion harness since the vafc is connected with the stock gsr wiring..

It should not pose a problem at all. I had a Kenji chipped P06 running with the VAFC on the stock wiring and it ran fine. The conversion harness will convert the wires to the correct ones anyway on the new ecu.

Good luck!

Yeah you won't have a problem. In my 99 SI I had a VAFC to the stock wiring harness then a p28 attached to the obd2 > obd1 converter

It shouldn't pose a problem at all as long as the VaFC is wired in before the harness which is should be. Just plug and go.
BUT I totally agree with the guy who said ditch the VAFC. With Hondata you cna fine tune the ecu with much more precision and tune the ignition and cotrol tons of other options. Well, good luck.

i know that i should get the hondata..il prolly do that in few months or so...in fact im actually thinking selling my vafc...so we will see...if i dont sell the vafc, i might get the car dyno adjusted for safety purposes...id like to see just the P28 itself if its good or not then il go from there...thanks much for the quick feedback
