I posted this up in the boost and hybrid forums, as well as on EP hatch and K-Series, but I thought I would see if anyone here has any more ideas.
I've got a '02 Civic Si (EP3) with a Jackson Racing Supercharger on it. I've bought a K24A2 (TSX) motor and want to swap it into the EP3, and keep the S/C. Let me give you my current set up first.
2002 Honda Civic Si
Jackson Racing Supercharger
4.0" s/c pulley
RC 440cc injectors
Hondata K-Pro
AEM Cold Air Intake
DC Sports Shorty Header
Random Technology high-flow cat
Borla Cat back
ACT EDSS clutch
ACT Prolite flywheel
Quaife limited slip differential
Various suspension mods
I know that I need the passenger side motor mount from a CRV. I know I will need to use the throttle body from my EP. I plan on buying RC 650cc injectors depending on what other information I gather, but will my stock fuel pump supply them, or will I need to upgrade that with a Walbro or other brand pump?
One other potential problem I haI may need to get a different supercharger pulley, possibly the 3.4" pulley for the RSX-S, I have yet to decide on that. I plan on using the EP's transmission for now, but am keeping open the possibility of buying an RSX-s six speed at a later date.
This car is daily driven for now. I also auto-x regularly, and am trying to learn about road racing. Realistically I would like to get somewhere around 280whp out of this combonation.
Any and all ideas, suggestions, critisimes, and wild *** comments are appreciated. Among the many things I have yet to determine is the size of the K24A2 crank pulley in relation to the K20A3 pulley, and how that will affect the compressor speed and intake air temps. I am fairly certain I will be able to keep all the basic bolt ons listed above, but if anyone has any information to the contrary that would be good to know too.

I should have mentioned that I saw where Nossy has already done this, so I do know about the intake manifold issues with the cooling port on the TSX head.

This car is going to flyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Keep us posted on what develops. I have been accumulating some information on K24 swaps. The more info the better.

I can't use the TSX ECU because of the throttle by wire. I'm using an EP3 ECU upgraded with K-Pro. And yes, I will be using the EP3 throttle body.
I've got the motor at the shop now, and am just waiting to build up a little money, and acquire some of the other parts I need. I should have this done by mid-May or so.
Thanks for the kind comments everybody. Its going to be a lot of fun.
