suspension question
Ive bought skunk 2 lowering springs from a friend. I put them on my 95 civic hatch but the front end is a little higher then expected. I look at all my friends cars and there front ends are where mine should be(im jelous) i was wondering if the del sol skunk 2 springs are a different spring rate, and that maybe could be my problem. the back is fine but the front is a little too high, and everything is assembled correctly. if someone could help me with that i;d aprecaite it. Thanks

are you sure you don't have the front an rear springs switched?
are you sure the springs are seated on the front shocks correctly?
are you sure the front shocks are fully slid down into the forks?
is your car still D-series?i guess there's a possibility that the front springs are a little heavier to compensate for the DEL Sol VTECs extra engine weight, although it should be very little difference,if any.did you ever see them installed on the Del Sol before?what trim level was it,and did it also sit high in the front?

del sols have a higher spring rate then the hatches so puttin sol spings on a hatch will result in it sitting higher than usual

If I'm not mistaken, the del sol weighs more than the hatch. Meaning the del sol has more weight to push down the springs, hence they were designed specifically for the del sol. U should always get springs that were made for your car. Even if it fits, doesn't mean that its right.

It was from a sol, on a civic... not the other way around
