valve to piston clearance question

valve to piston clearance question
my lil brother has the following goin on....
head work being done, resurfacing valves etc....
using blox type b's
omni valve springs/retainers
using a spoon head gasket (or something else aftermarket), will there be any clearance issues?
i know some of you all motor guys can help me help my brother out,
any help is appreciated

stock, this is an xsi motor, dont know if that makes a difference
