choose or lose, tough decision. HELP WANTED!
First of all, I drive an 04 EP3 and I love it. But here comes the catch, I found a '00 S2000 with only 9000 miles one it (very low miles for at least 5 years old car) at a local dealer. Now the tough part is, I have to trade in my EP for the AP1 Simply because I'm no rich kid. I test drove the S2000 and man that thing is AWESOME! both the speed and handling (STOCK). Also my close friend has one and he loves it too. Ofcourse my payments will be higher because of Damn Negative Equity. here's the thing.
I can figure enough budget to
- own S2000 or (will be stock for a while except ofcourse the exhaust)
- swap DC5 R Engine in my EP ($7000-7500 installed) plus more (supsension,wheels, bodykit etc.)
I love both cars But I cannot keep both. (again I'm kid w/ no rich parents
)
I HOPE YOU ALL CAN HELP ME MAKE THE DESICION because I'm running out of TIME. THANKS!

I have never been a huge fan of the s2k, there are so frickin small in the cockpit. I would stick with the ep3 and spend some money on it. The other thing to remember is you are never out of time, if you dont buy this one and decided you should you can always find another one, not like we are talking about a Ferrari here.
if this is your dd, and you need it to carry **** around and/or people. Id stay with the EP, However if you enjoy driving a convertible everyday and never having more than one passenger with you, go ap1. I would personally stick with the ep. And as giff said, it not like your talking about a Ferrari, there will be another one around.
thanks for the great ideas. Unfortunately or should I say fortunately either way would be fine, the S2k is GONE!
. haha oh well. It was not a supercar or anything but its hard to find a 2000 model with only 9k miles on it and they only make the same one until 03 or 04. I personally dont like the new ones with 2.2 L and lower rev. 2003 is the best one ever according to Consumer Report mag.
I do have a great news however, I just found out about the Rev-hard turbo kit for the EP3 which will give (256 whp and 220+ torque) and its only $3500. I think I'm going for this one.
Let me know if you have any comments on this. Thanks yall.

you should probably dyno when you get all you stuff in....
and imo the ep would be better to keep just because you have the money to put towards mods... and could prolly smoke an s2...
