i have a pair but have yet to use them bcuz they're 98+.

i have to wait until i get a new bumper.

but i'll be running HID's in them so i shouldn't have a problem with melting.

I've had my projectors with halos on my G2 teg for at least a year now. Been through the cold cold winters and hot hot summers. I've had the high wattage wannabe blue bulbs (the ones that give off too much heat) as well as my current setup, HIDs.

Anywho point is everything is still working absolutely fine. No melting, warping, etc. Hell I've never even had the headlights fog up or anything. And none of the halos have burned out yet either. So you should be totally fine.

Not sure if it's different on G3s, but I'de assume everything to be fine.
