You'll need to explain yourself a little better, just saying "my car wont start" won't help us any.
First off, Check to see if you are getting spark and fuel.

a decent article about diagnosing a "no-start" situation
read all 3 pages :
http://autorepair.about.com/cs...a.htm

You you try to start it,does the check engine light stay on?
If so check fuse #14:

Yes, but is the fuel getting to the engine?

Remember,

You need the following things for a car to run:
Spark
Fuel
Air
Compression
and... correct timing.

Could also be an electrical problem somewhere.

Is the fuel pump whirrrrring when you turn the key to the ON position?
Common problem - bad main relay.

This is like the guy who bought my old HF. Except it ran fine when I owned it. He didn't know how to drive stick and stalled it out like 10x, floored the gas when trying to start it and wondered why it wouldn't start.

No one was trying to lecture you but don't come here and complain and expect help and respond with a smartass comment because ppl cant understand your problem due to the fact you didnt give enough information.

Anyways.....

It turns over, but doesn't startup I think is what you said.

check each plug wire and then each spark plug.
Then make sure you got more then 1/2 gal of gas in the tank total.
Make sure there is no check engine light.
Make sure your getting fuel in the cylinders

i finally fixed it. the problem was electrical wires. i dont know which wire, but it seemed to be chewed up by a rat. i called the guy up, and said the garage he stored it in had dozens of rats. ...................
