how much to reupholstry (sp)?
well unfortunately for me im stuck with the not so sexy tan interior thats the only downfall of my car, that an the previous owner (female) was a friggin cigarette feen an had a bad case of butter fingers an as did her freinds, theres a bit of burnholes in the seats, i was going to have the seats wrapped in tan leather but then i thought if im going to fork over the money i might as well wrap em in black an jus repaint my interior an get a new carpet because the tan carpet shows so much dirt.... aNYWAYS has anyone on here ever re wrapped their seats an about how much did it run you?
thanks for the help

I wouldn't mind knowing either. I had the door panels really torn up from my dog and my rear site had some rips at the seam don't know what from but I luckily found a guy on here that sold me all the seats and door pannels cheap and these door panels have a few flaws but not many and are in really good shape. I replaced the lower part of the rear seat and didn't need the rest. I do have a small burn where the soldering iron hit the front drivers seat but not bad and I don't know that you would notice it if you didn't know about it but you may. I have another seat to replace it but didn't as mine is a power seat and the extra one I have is not powered.
prices i have gathered from the past are as follows:
-carpet: $150-200 (plus shipping)
-custom leather interior: $400-600 (depending on quality, plus installation charges)
-and any kind of dying of the vinyl will be a pretty penny too, as the removal of the dash and such is a pain in the ***...unless of course you opt to do this part yourself...
just make sure you do it right, as interior paint and "touch-ups" can either make or break an interior...
this guy did a good job at re-upholstering the interior of his car
