Do 2000 and 2001 GSR's have special keys for the immoblizer?

Do 2000 and 2001 GSR's have special keys for the immoblizer?
I have a friend who just bought a 2000 Integra GSR and he needs another key for it. Arnt they keys special for they immoblizer in the ECU?
