I NEED HELP ON THIS QUESTION>>ABOUT MY GSR
Hey whats up..alright i got a 94 acura integra GSR...155,104miles...i was wondering.. everytime i get into vtec, blue smoke just fills the air up. I know im burnig oil, but what could be the problem.. and how do i fix it. Also i know before i owened the car, it over heated.. so maybe some seals got fired, i dunno.. ur help is appreciated.. thanks a lot..

You blew a ring land on one of your pistons, or many of your pistons. Or you blew a ring. If you see any leaks around where your block meets the head, you also blew a head gasket....Either way, you need to pull the head and drop the block, replace the piston(s). Yes, it will cost mucho dollars if you dont know how to do it...im guessing you dont.. Hope you have mechanic friends!
well , it costs about 350 to do a head swap where i live. That is prolly what they would charge to change a headgasket...600-1000 bucks for a rebuild of bottom end around here......and double these prices if you live in CA...i think...dunno..
