I've been going around trying to find some civic ex knuckels and no one has 90-91. Everyone at the junkyard's say that 89 knuckles are listed as the same part number but I haven't seen anything on here about that. Will 89 knuckles work or are the people at the junkyard crazy?

 

The ex was never an 89 model. So you definitely need the knuckles from a 90-91 ex to do the oem big brake upgrade.

 

Correct, there was no ex in 88-89, and don't let them fool you by telling you they're all the same or that the Si knuckles are the ones you need.
