Sorry it took so long for me to reply I haven't been on lately. The piping is greyish silver in color and there is a filter included but it is not brand new. I have cleaned the filter so it is in fairly good shape.
The pipng is also 2.75 in in diameter.

email me with a price if you really want to sell it - al@schwartz.net
I also have a used GSR AEM CAI, it has the orignial K&N filter and an AEM Air Bypass Valve professionally installed. I payed $80 w/ instillation alone for the air bypass valve. The intake is silver. I'm asking $150 shipped>>>

It's a good thing it was "professionally" installed. (sarcasm)
No offense or anything, but I don't think you got a very good deal on that bypass valve. I got mine (when I had one) for $40, and cut the pipe myself and installed it - took me about 10 minutes.
Like I said, I don't mean to offend you.....Just FYI.

Well considering it was "professionally installed" , Its a lot better than you saying, "yea I took it out back and Cut it up with my DAddy's HAck Saw...." I live in down town Charleston in a Dorm, No tools, so I payed $40 for bypass valve and payed 40 min worth of instillation time. So Like I said AEM CAI for GSR with AEM Air Bypass Valve "professionally installed", original K&N Filter, $150 shipped.
You paid someone forty dollars to install a bypass valve
It takes maybe 10 minutes to put in. But you don't even need the bypass valve. Just cut the piping in the engine bay, add an extra boot at the cut, then when it rains take off the bottom of the extension and run the filter under the hood in the engine bay.
