It depends on what you want...smaller tip, saving money, loud/quiet sound, stainless or mild steel....

Quiet, small tip- Apex'i WS
Quiet, stainless, larger tip- Greddy Evo
Saving Money- custom exhaust, eBay

Kteller can do the piping, i'd recommend with a resonator to keep out raspy and illegal noise levels but to each their own...if you dont want the muffler from there performancepeddler.com sells a Magnaflow muffler w/o tip for the cheapest price i've seen...ES oval is another good choice...

Gains are going to be the same basically with all exhausts UNLESS it is not mandrel bent and the muffler is not straight through.

I have a 91 Accord and i went through two different cheap exhaust systems before i got fed up and bought a Greddy Evo 2 Cat Back system. Best move i ever mad. The tip is a little big but it sounds really good. Not to loud but a low rumble. Best bang for the buck i would say.
