Ok from my car has had synthetic oil ran in it pretty much its whole life. Well two weeks ago I got my car back from the shop after having my exhaust valves replaced and they put normal oil in it. They told me to run that oil for about 500 miles as it would be better to break in the new engine parts. well that break in period is up and I am getting ready to change my oil back to synthetic. My question is would it be ok to go strait back to 100% Synthetic or should I do like a Synthetic blend first?
