Code 9?

Default Code 9?

hey im not new to honda tech i realize there is a search feature but in the past 2 days it hasnt been up for me, so im posting on here..

my 1990 hatchback, with mpfi conversion is throwing a code 9?

anyone explain to me what this is or how to fix it?

Code 9 is the cylinder position sensor which I believe is in the distributor. Which distributor did you use with your conversion?

nm i got it, the dx > si conversion requires you to depin and move to a different position on the ecu, which i didnt do, i just shoved the wire through, so the wire broke from vibration and i just replaced it with a pin, thanks!
