On h23 flywheel, the white line or the white plus sign is tdc?

Urgent!On h23 flywheel, the white line or the white plus sign is tdc?

The helms book says a white mark and illustrates it as a line so I am figuring the white line but if I am wrong please correct me. Because I also see a sought of `white plus sign` marking..Thanks for any help.

Mine was a white "+" mark.

It should be the white line, not the the + sign.

Depending on the flywheel.....It's easy to find TDC if you pull the #1 plug.
