Default Not getting fuel!!!

Ok!!
i spent the whole day trying to figure out why the car is not geting fuel. i am gonna try to explain to the best of my abilities so someone could help me out.
i did everything that the earches here have suggested to do.

1. When i turn the key to the ON position, i hear the fuel pump come on. It makes that whining sound for about a 2 seconds. so i know the fuel pump is priming. That rules the pump out.
2. so i went down to pep boys, and bought one of those fuel injector checkers(noid light), the one that you plug into the injector harness, and the bulb turns on if the electrical system is working ok, suggesting there is something wrong electricaly. well, the bulb doesnt turns on, but very faint, however every 2 seconds, the car seems to get some fuel and it comes on really bright but then it dies again. The light dies too. Do you guys think that it is one of the fuel pump relays, rather than the injectors themselves.
3. The check engine light had come on. So i tried jumping the P2P connector to get the codes. However the light doesnt blink, it just stays on constantly. I asked around, and people said that means you need a new ecu. However a couple of hours ago, i removed one of the injector harness to see the electrical, it started and didnt die. If it wasa failed ecu, it wouldbt have started at all. also can a ecu just die while running, and not give fuel.

i searched all the prelude related forums.
So please suggest what is wrong with the car. there are only 3 possibilites.

1. The fuel pump.
2. The injector electrical Harness/The fuel pump relay.
3. The ECU

The car had stalled while running. Any ideas anyone.HELP!!!!

thankyou

so you dont think its got something to do with the ecu, because i took it down to the shop, and they are telling me that it is going to take them 4 hours to diagnose the problem, as they cant pin point the trouble. that means $95/hr x 4 hours. thats just for diagnosis.

borrow an ecu. try it out. if it completely solves your problem then youve got it.

I would check injector duty cycles and pulse width. Check this at each injector and see if they are running similarly. If its completely irratic I would say the ecu. If you can narrow it down to just 1 or 2 injectors running fuc'tup than its more likely the harness. Also trying spraying down the harness with a spray bottle of water see if that ***** it up... jiggle them around while trying to make it run see what happens. If its a connection issue as most electrical problems are this can help pin point it. also how long since your last tune up?
