here it would look something like this

it will be stainless 12 lbs and be under 95 db max and still have a cat so as not to **** off the po's and will cost about 320 total including the new cat

Good luck...i dont know what you're expecting out of a bolt on exhaust as far as gains, but i can say that they certainly wont be quiet.

also any n/a exhaust is not going to work when you start to boost later, your gonna have to buy another exhaust
i hear the new j's isnt to loud and makes real nice power, and if youv got the flow to buy one, you might have the ***** to hack the tip off and weld another one on

Or teams like Real Time Racing who can obviuosly afford it

i dont like stainless. i had cast on my old car, and now i have Ti on the s2000. You get what you pay for, Titanium gets my vote.

Ok but just because you have Ti you really should'nt make comments about other metals when your knowledge about them is lacking. If you happen to notice any serious company like greddy ect always lists Ti for race use only. When you manufacture something like an exhaust based on weight you give up a considerable amount of durability, also many Ti exhausts tubbing is so thin the heat transfer through them makes them much less effective as exhaust gas velocity drops off quickly
I was going to write out a super long post to explain in detail but I'll just say this, That is a heavier more complex version of what I am looking at doing in the future and yet no commercially availiable design will match it's power on the dyno. And the ones that come close would have nowhere near the noise supression

i am aware that with a ti exhaust system the walls of the metal are very thin. Ive seen pics of when sideways blew his resonator out on his dual amuse. For me the weight savings were worth all the wild because i knew that i would be installing a hard top on my S.

your trying to offset 40 top heavy pounds by losing a couple extra on the bottom ?
Trust me on this you're never going to know the difference, unless your looking at your wallet.
FYI the differenece between stainless and Ti you could have upgraded to the fiberglass mugen or waited for the lower price seibon carbon.

i don't understand why companies like spugen, etc. use a nice Ti or stainless steel canister and then use alumenized piping for the rest of the exhaust. i mean come on atleast for the single Ti and the dual Ti they should use stainless steel piping. Why do they cheap out?
