manual to automatic swap
I know............ it is really stupid, I am aware of that!
here's the deal,
I have done many automatic to manual swaps for customers of mine,
I have this 91 civic std with a 4spd(rust free might i add), A new customer of mine wants the car bad because it is rust free however he also wants me to make it a automatic. Because of the swaps i have done prior I have all the parts already.
My question is this, it appears the manual has the panels on the top of the tunnel welded into place where the automatic's have removable ones where the shifter mounts, is the correct?
Or am i just looking at a bunch of filler?
auto to manual swap is very easy, this looks like a real bitch!
if the panel's are welded on then i am not going to waste my time, any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
thanks.
