Is it possible to use DX distrubutor on Si motor ?d16a6
hi..
i am actually doing a a6 swap into a dx..i already read about the wiring and all
but i was wondering if i really need to use the si disturbutor.
help would be great !! thnkx

Its possible but you would have to mod the dizzy to work..since its setup for 2 injectors

If you read, YOU HAVE TO USE THE MPFI distributor since it has the cylinder positioning sensor which the DX DPFI distributor doesn't have. Just pick one up for 40 bucks and get a new cap and rotor. Or you can order a distributor off Distributor King for like $100+ brand new.

that has nothing to do with the distributors, fuel and spark are seperate things...
