Default 02 type-s exhaust pipes

i just bought an 02 type-s and when i go over bumps i hear a scrapeing sound. so i went and look under neath the car and realize that the exhaust pipes it hangs pretty low, my car is stock i was wondering if this is how the stock exhaust pipes are or is it just my car?

i didnt see any hangers, hmm here is a pix mabey it will help,
is that how stock type s suppose to be? my is pretty low when i go over bumps it scrapes a little

That's definately hanging too low. Most likely the rubber hanger by the resonator (on the right in your picture) is off or broken.
