Golden eagle Main girdle

Does this really help worth its money?

I have my factory girdle on with arp studs, and I was wondering if it was really neeeded.

Also can I use it with my existing arp studs, or do they have to be longer or something?

If you have the factory one you don't need the GE one.These are designed for blocks that didn't have one from the factory.
