Default Valvetrain for Toda Spec Bs

Hey guys, I use to be running Toda Spec Bs in my 99 SI and I ran them with the Portflow valve train. It seemed to do the job. I'm thinking about putting a set of Spec Bs in my GSR now. would ITR outters and portflow inners be okay? What springs do you suggest for Spec Bs. Also, do the retainers make that big of a difference? Are Portflow ti-retainers sufficient?

The retainers won't really make a difference unless you plan on revving to stratospheric engine speeds. Personally, I wouldn't run the Toda B's with ITR outers. Considering the relatively low cost of Portflow valvesprings as compared to a lot of aftermarket companies, it's a worthy investment.
