Default crower 403 ?

Should the specs from the 403 cams be a reason to worry about piston to valve clearance? This is on a milled .030 gsr head and a gsr block with jdm ITR pistons, and the block was slightly decked, stock head gasket.

I know the only way to tell 100% is to clay it, but does anyone know if it would not even be close enough to worry about it.
Thanks
