CTR Exhaust cam question

Is the CTR exhaust cam that different from a regular B16 cam?

Can you run the Civic R intake cam with the stock B16 exhaust cam?

the ctr exhaust is basically the same as the itr, but not the same as the b16a's

bringing this back to life instead of starting a new thread, I searched and didn't get any good information. Besides the fact of everyone saying just get the pair, will I see or notice a large or small difference in power. I am refering to the b16a exhaust cam and the b16b exhaust cam. I need to save money but I can't, I want a little more power. I am buying the intake cam, and throwing in some Sir dual valve springs.
So the question is....
will I be disappointed if I do not get the set intake/exhaust????
