buying a eg w/ ls swap??
i am in the process of buying another eg, but this time it already has a b-series motor in it already. but i was wondering how do you tell if the swap is legit?? can i get it checked out somehow?? the swap is a 94 integra ls into a 92 civic si. any numbers i can run on the block??
if it's a usdm motor it should have it's vin plate right where u can see it. i THINK you can run the block numbers...not entirely sure...but once u find out what numbers u can run, just call up the chp and have them run a check for u.

I believe so.
94-95 had no vin plates located on the motor or trans.
96+ had vin plates near the oil pan and on the front of the trans.
