I have a 90 accord EX engine is F22A1, the engine idling up and down, bogging up and down right when you start the car, but when you drive it, it is fine and it doesn't bogg or idle anymore. It only idles when I start the car up in the morning..any help would be appreciated, ,I have put in new spark plugs and spark plug wire..what esle should i do or check for?

 

Coolant level full and block burped thru the 12mm bleed screw at the T-stat housing? The next thing would be to adjust the fast idle valve. The link below should help you.

Remove the cover plate of the fast idle valve and turn the 'split screw' down a couple turns.
