What are some common recomendations for using poly bushings ie.. Ok for everyday driver or just track. certain poly bushings i'd imagin would be good motor mount shift linkage etc.. just wanderin......

It is not a big deal if you lube them, the squeaking can be annoying. Either way, our cars are old and I would rather have a stiff ride than old cracked and broken rubber bushings.

i have the full set in my daily driver and I commute 100 mile per day. They are really not that bad. mine do not squeak at all. It rides like I have my 17" wheels on there again.

Thanks for the replys!!! I have a total kit package but just not sure if i should use them. I put alarger diameter rear lower sway bar on my crx and that seems to be stiff enough with just rubbers so maybe i shouldn't use them cause i plan to upgrade suspension more with coils and struts.

If you are upgrading your suspension, you'll like the poly bushings even more!
