Default tranny fitting issues

i bought a d16z6 tranny that came from a 92-95 ex coupe. i have a 92 si with a d16z6, and when i put the ex tranny on, the rear tranny mount didnt fit flush, like it didnt align at all. is this normal? do i have to get a ex coupe rear tranny mount for it to fit?

i know my hatch has a rear tranny mount but seems like the tranny mount is too short, i have no idea because all the bolts align perfectly on the transmission its just that rear tranny mount doesnt fit. thanks for the reply. btw you still interested in the seats?
