I don't have car to sell you, & I probably wouldn't make drive considering that I live in South Florida. I would like to say it's 1st time I've heard that sort of request.

Finding someone selling stock GSR on board like this may be difficult.

I got about $9000 US dollars to purchase a 94+ GS-R. I know its hard to find stock, but now that I think about it, most of the ppl here on honda-tech have super clean cars with sweet mods, but I don't think i'd be able to afford the spoon rims, cf hoods, jdm 4-1 headers, n1 catbacks, hid lights, and other jdm goodies.
keep the offers coming, my $9000 is building everyday I don't find one

depends on the right price. I have to encorporate the duties/taxes/conversion fees also. If the price is right and the car is good I will seriously consider it. Will you deliver it yourself? Delivery services are too expensive for me, but you're also very far.
