Default Tie Rod help

i am putting the 10mm bolt back on my tie rod and when i get it to a certain point it caused the tie rod end to spin with the bolt. is there any way i can stop the spin so i can get the nut on?

which car is it on? Is it the outer tie rod end or the inner?

That's your tip for changing them. Good ball-joints aren't supposed to turn in their housing. If your cheap and think you can still pull a few miles off them then an impact usually gets the nut in there.

Your talking about the end that attaches to the steering knuckle right? If so just get some force on it. Get a clamp and try to tighten it down and that should stop it from spinning. You can also use this method on upper and lower ball joints.

i tried to impact it, clamp it, and nothing seems to work, i guess i need to order a new rod end. can any of you find it on here: http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com
i can't find it on any of the components, i know its part of the ps system, but can't find it

Number 17 and 20. If its on the 92 Si. http://www.slhondaparts.com/br...=true I also perfer this place. And why not just head up to Autozone, Checker or your local Honda dealer if you need it now.
