alright so I have an si with a b16a2. It just has I/H/E on it. Comptech intake, no ice box....dc 4-1 header...and custom piping with an es oval muffler. PROBLEM #1: I noticed a difference in the osund about a week ago. The car is louder and sounds more ricey than it did before. I've had this muffler for probably 4 months. PROBLEM #2: i also recently noticed a change at low rpms. if i dont rev high enough in first the car starts off really sluggish in first. Right now I have to rev to about 3500 to get going. It is also very sluggish in 2nd and 3rd anywhere below 3500rpms. It's not throwing a check engine light. PROBLEM #3: When it hits vtec it get very rhaspy and something sounds like it's rattling. I know how vtec sounds. I have had this car for some time and have put quite a few miles on it. I've also heard other people's cars as well. I havent done anything to it recently, other than changing wheels. I did two canyon runs this week and was constantly downshifting and holding high revs. any ideas on what i couldve broke?
