It sounds like someone is offering JDM ITR injectors that have been sent out for a servicing, which often includes a flow sheet that can be used for "balancing" injectors in a particular setup.

Since quality injector servicing can be had for around $50 per set, I would estimate that $130 - $150 would be a reasonable ball-park value for them.
