CRX CF sunroof. Where else other than Ebay?
I'm still on the hunt for this sunroof. I only have pics of one person having it for their CRX. From what the old honda-tech post says, the sellers of the roof got kicked off of ebay because of bad ratings.

There's the link to pix of this sunroof. I don't want the f'ing plug. Roof, fully functional, no rust. Carbon Fiber. If anyone has more info on where to purchase one, please let me know. Thanks.

I recognize that link......it's mine. Rumor has it that if you call Arospeed they'll give a part number and price. Mine's an Arospeed but the seller (may or may not have worked for Arospeed) got kicked off Ebay for lots of negative feedback so proceed with caution. I bought one of the first panels they offered before they went in the crapper........
Interesting. I can't beleive other companies haven't tried doing this as rust on the stock sunroof is inevitable and people can resolve that issue with the CF version. I'll give Arospeed a call on Monday and find out what I can. Thanks for the info.

My guess on price, judging what I paid for mine $300+ excluding S/H. I'll be interested to see if they can get more. Rumors on other forums said they gave a part number on price but the panels were on backorder for months......
Arospeed does have it,part #aro141200.
I can get them at about $250.00 plus shipping, last time I checked stock they had them,it was about a month ago though.

I remember seeing one on crxresource.org. I think the place was Rpi racing.
It was a prototype dont know if they went into production or not.

Nice. I couldn't find it on the RPI website so I guess I will try my luck with

Tomorrow. I didn't get them to pick up the phone, but I did call kinda late. It's already 6pm and they will be closed in a few minutes.
Thanks for the part #. That's badass.

Got in touch with Arospeed today and here is how the conversation went:
ARO: "Hello?"
Me: "Yes, I want to know about a particular product. I have the part number."
ARO: "Do you have an account with us?"
Me: "No. Can you look it up?"
ARO: "You don't have an account? Hang on."
**Transfer to some other dept**
ARO: "How can I help you?"
Me: "I need info on a particular product. I have the part number."
ARO: "Ok, go ahead, what's the part number?"
*gave part number*
ARO: "Yeah, it's available, $150, but it's not in stock right now and we don't know when we will get more in."
Me: "So you can't order one in for me?"
ARO: "From china? No, it's not cost efficient. The product is not doing so well so we are still not sure if we want to continue bringing that product in."
Me: *long pause* "So you can't order one for me?"
ARO: "No, not until we decide to order more."
Me: "Ok, thanks"
---end of call---
Looks like I will have to call RPI next and see if they can give me a part number or something (because I am sure they won't have the same numbers as ARO)
Anyway, AFTERNOON BUMP!!!
Anyone have more info?
