I didn't think anyone would be stupid enough to buy a Mugen oil filter. I guess this guy proved me wrong.

wow that serial number portion is completly grinded down to be flatter then the top portion. Im not trying to flame or hate but where ever or whom ever sold you this motor f$#ed you over becuase there is no way in hell that the cops around so cal are gonna let you slide with those numbers missing. Hopefully this post will make you thing twice about running your car around the street...

price:
Car impounded: 200-1000
Service Charge for tow yard to rememove motor: 200-800
All the great parts you invested in: 1000-up?

All this becuase of a "Suspicious Motor"? its not worth the hassle...good luck becuase even if they send you to the state ref, their gonna recognize it and report it to the authorities...make sure you always buy motors with some type of paper work, even the original owners name and Drivers license number....LIVIN IN CA, you gotta protect yourself from cops that think they know it all...

it'd be weird for someone to be buying all legit parts (obviously) and then buy a dirty block that would risk losing all the investments into the motor. i will bet that he will be able to prove that the motor is legit.

Hot, my favorite thing in the world besides owning a honda is seeing pictures of parts piling up. I assume the b18c block was painted? Looks good.

i can counter that and say that he will lose possesion of this motor no matter what, for one the cops are going to ask....why was the numbers removed in the first place if it is legit? Why would there be any reason to remove it...And if so why didnt you bring a copy of the registration and proof that it was previously in this vehicle? Trust me in california its called "tampering with official identification" which will most likely end up on the winning side of the law....its obvious that nothing else happened to the motor, what can he say that a rock chipped only the lower portion of the serial numbers away? thats bs and you know it, lets stop having stolen motors or atleast make it harder for them to be sold so that less honda's will be getting their **** jacked...dont you guys agree? AND BESIDES ITS PEOPLE THAT ARE ROLLING AROUND WITH STOLEN MOTORS THAT MAKE COPS COME AND HASSLE ALL THE GUYS WITH LEGIT MOTORS, ITS GOING TO F#$% EVERYTHING UP FOR ALL OF US...just take caution man and make sure your ready for that day when a cop gets on you...a fair warning...good luck with the build...im done with my talking

THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO HUMMM?????
that block
& these comments.

When my hommies bought this block on my be-half, the guy who sold it is going to provide a bill of sale, stating it's legit-ness, but I'll definately get that fixed.
