Default Which plugs for the Type R?

OK, I'm doing some much needed upkeep on the R. Like adjusting the valves (first time in 47K!) and changing the plugs. What plugs are you all running. I have no internal mods, but I do run the timing advanced.

Any suggestions? Or should I even worry about changing them?

Change them at the recommended service interval - check your owners manual. Stock (OEM) Honda plugs are fine

Edit: Make sure they're gapped properly too. Ask the parts counter guy.

Regular intervals don't really apply on a track car. I don't think it says to change your oil every 250 miles and bleed your brakes after driving for a day!

Most of this cars life has been on the track. With advanced timing, are there any plug considerations?

Thanks
