planning on putting hood pins..how to drill through carbon fiber without cracking or causing spiderwebs?

Like everyone already said: Use a small bit (I'd recommend a "glass and tile" bit), tape off the area you will be drilling w/ masking tape, and let the bit do all the work (don't push down too hard on the drill when you're drilling). Do all that and you should be good

i just did mine recently and i did what everone here says
start with a small bit...
i didnt however use tape but i did fine...
oh and use a dremel... i didnt have one so i used a rotozip...
