jdm h22 95 accord

Need some help. Every time I rev my car up and then I let it go if feels like it want to shut off I rev it high then it I let it the pedal go and then the rpms go all the way down like it wants to shut off. help me please its getting on my last nerve

Did you swap the EGR and H02S wires at the ECU? Try unplugging the vacuum hose going to the EGR valve and cap it off, then try to run the car...

If I raise the idle it then goes up and down up and down like it has a vacume leak yeah I switched those pins when we did the swap.
