Do not hold onto spark plug wires.
Your heart works on electricity. SA and NA nodes shock the muscle to make the heart beat. Thats why an EKG reads your heart beat- it measures the electrical voltages in your heart. Passing a high voltage thru your body (cars put up to 100,000 volts off thru spark plug wires) affects your heart. This usually does nothing. BUT, it can cause heart murmurs (irregular beating) or it can cause the small electrical pulses to stop. This is the reverse way the "paddles" work. They jump the nodes back into order. Household current is not this strong. I have been "learned" this in college 2 times- in anatomy and in circuits. Think what you want but it can kill you. Anyone who is a doctor, nurse, or has an education can verify this.
