Default which valve springs?

I know that everyone is going to tell me to search but I assure you I have. This is my
first post, but I have been following the forum for quite some time.

I have crower stage 2 cams for my h23 and I cant decide which valvesprings and retainers to get. I am on a tight budget and I think that the crower springs/retainers are overpriced. What do you guys think?

Honestly, I would save for the Crowers to go with the Crower cams.

The only problem with Crower's srpings and retainers is that they are over $400. PirateMcFred is running Crower Stage 3 cams and has had no problems yet using Rocket Motorsports Springs and retainers. RM offers lifetime warranty too:

RM next to stock (the fuzz is a tissue to keep from dropping keepers down the oil drain):

Hmmm I may try the rocket motorsports. I just dont want to get to stiff of a spring. I really dont know much about valvetrain. I need my setup to be reliable, its going in my daily driver. Also where is the cheapest place to buy rm springs/retainers?
