Do all B series hydo trannies use the same synchros???
I believe they do. The VTEC transmissions should be the same; the LS versions don't have the dual cone 2nd synchro, but the others are probably common to all b-series gearboxes.
For VTEC transmissions: the part numbers for the 1-2 and 5-R sleeve sets are the same for the Si, GSR, DelSol VTEC and ITR. The 3-4 sleeve numbers match for all except the GSR (Honda will only sell it as part of a larger set, but I suspect it's the same part). Synchros should be identical.

Yes, in order to get any synchro you have to buy the corresponding gearset. I'm wondering if Gearspeed will sell individual synchros though.
