I don't think it's wise to use paint stripper on that wing... unless you want it desinigrated.

It is obvious you know little about body work
but that's okay
All you need to do is get it ready for paint (your final color). This is as simple as sanding down the finish that is on the wing right now. You do NOT have to strip the color completely off, you just need a microscopicly rough and clean surface for the new primer to adhere to, followed by your color then your clear coat. It's pretty easy, but your making way too much work for yourself the way your going. Remember, since your going to be painting it Frost White, you want to go with a primer that is a light grey. If you go with a dark primer it could throw the hue off and then it wouldn't match properly.
Good luck.

all true
but now that you have f'ed up the finish you might as well go ahead and strip it. go to wal-mart or an auto parts store and get paint stripper for abs bumpers. its made for abs bumpers therefor it will not hurt the wing. although its not abs it will work. then prime it, paint it, and clear it. good luck

exactly, all you had to do was wetsand the clear with 400grit paper. you just turned a simple half hour job into a mess.

Jeez...soak it in a bathtub full of carb cleaner.
No, but seriously, just smooth out the part you fucked up until it feels smooth to your fingers and sand the entire wing just to rough up the surface, not strip the paint.
