Default can't find thread about adjusting screw inside IACV.....please HELP! (H22a)

I was looking at a thread a few weeks ago about taking the IACV apart and tightening the diaphragm screw inside of it (or something along those lines). This is for my surging idle (after car is at operating temp.) on my h22a in my 90 accord. No vacuum leaks, bled coolant already, changed ecu's......and so on. This seems like my last resort.

All I know is that the thread i'm looking for was pretty detailed with pics and everything. I just can't seem to find it and i've been searching for like an hour on h-t.

Does anyone know what thread i'm talking about? If so, post up the link. I'd greatly appreciate it.

SECOND QUESTION: There's a hose coming from my fast idle valve that's not hooked up to anything. the guys that did my swap said it didn't need to hooked up anywhere........I'm pretty sure on the previous h22a that i had that hose was actually going somewhere, just don't know or remember for sure.

Thanks for all the help guys.

The iacv doesn't have a diaphragm screw. The fitv does.
how to fix your fitv

If I remember correctly we could adjust the idle with IACV on my friends Euro Accord motor. Just undo the screwS where the harness plugs into the iacv and turn the connector just like you would a TPS sensor and it will adjust the idle. Im not 100% sure on if its just that motor or OBD-2 or what. But I know we did that.
