No 4 quarters makes 1 dollar . An H22 on the other hand takes 5.1 quarts of oil. 10W30 oil is ok with a honda oil filter. I use S2000 filters myself.

yep I use 5 quarts of Mobil 1 10w30 full synthetic with honda filter. Of course i dont see why like a FRAM wouldnt be good, but synthetic is the way to go.

I would like try that new Quaker State Q oil.

I use a 5w30 partial synthetic with an OEM filter. Ive measured my oil after 4.5k of driving, not a drop lost.

I would seriously reccomend synthetic oil. I know a lot of people say either way, but i watched my water temp drop when i switched over to partial. who woulda thunked.

I was actually wondering the same thing.. My motor is finally out of the R&D Dyno here in So Cal. and I'm trying to decide what oil to use from here on out. It's a larger bore (from 87mm to 89mm) and the compression went up to 11.5:1 thanks to some wiseco slugs. It's been all wonderfully sleeved with that Darton M.I.D. kit and completely rebuilt.

anyway, if any of that makes a big difference what oil recommendations do we have?
