Default head swap help plz im dieing hear

ok i have a 86 honda crx si with a d15a in it and my head gasket let go so some of my friends tryed to fix it for me for my birthday but when thay did this after thay put it all back to gether thay for got to ajust the valves and bent them so another friend gave me his old head off of his 88 civic si it is a 16 valve head and i was wanting to know if this head will work on my block or im i just s.o.l

Sorry, but no it won't work. There is a head bolt that doesn't line up. And I'm sure your friends meant well but you should dope slap the heck outta them anyway. You'll get a lot more help with your 1g crx over at http://www.redpepperracing.com . Please read the FAQ before posting, because almost all of your questions will be answered there. Maybe it's time for a D16A1 swap from an 86-89 integra! Just an idea.

thanks man for your help one person told me it wood because thay both have 4 injectors and then so said it wont work im just about to say hell with it and spend some hard core cash and put b16 or a h22 in it and git r done
