Well, time to let the ITR go. I bought it new in December of 2000 and have really enjoyed the car, but it's not as good a "fit" as it used to be and ends up sitting most of the time. Still the best handling car I've ever owned, but I needed to move on to something a bit more refined and "grown-up" I suppose.

I always said I'd keep it forever, but I guess things change. I'll miss that perfect balance in the corners most of all, and that gearbox. Honda sure got it right in this car.

Check out Autotrader if you might know an interested party in or near Ohio.

Oh, here's the replacement. I guess it's not all bad.

Of course, I bought the damn thing last Saturday but haven't been able to get it yet, because the snow has been so nasty here that it's been a bit too dangerous to drive home on those 19's.

I do love the R, great car. I want it to go to a good home! Tell your friends! Have them tell their friends!

Sucks that you are giving up the R, GREAT replacement, but if you have enough money to scoop an M3 up, why not keep the R just for the heck of it, I mean, it is a collectable. Anyway, damn that M3 is siick, is it SMG?

Well, I need the value from the R (which is paid off) to go towards this to make it reasonable.

It's a 2002 with all option packages, SMG and the wheels. It's a hoot to drive, having twice the torque of the ITR makes a difference, believe me.

The rear springs (if lowered) are a pain in the the a$$ to remove (if you dont have the write tools).

Those are def. nice vehicles. Its a complete package if you ask me.

nice replacement for the R,

at first I was thinking 20,500 was a little much until I saw the pics, and mods along with all the other stuff it comes with. Great deal on this R I wish it could be mine, just a couple months to soon for me. Have fun with the new M3
