Depends on size. Are looking for light drag wheels or street wheels? 19lbs is pretty heavy.
My Bogarts (13x9) = 6.5lbs a piece
My lenso's (Sold but were 13x7.5) = 7.5 lbs. a piece (I think)

ya it all depends if you're comparing street or drag wheels.
Weld did make the Racelites in 17" street wheels that were only 12 lbs. thats the lightest 17" and decent price that I've ever seen.
