aem fuel rail usefulle?

I dont if I should buy it. Here is my setup:

d15b2 block
d16y8 head and intake manifold
hondata gasket
ferea 1mm bigger valves
zex 105300 cam
zex valve springs
p28 ecu and sensors/injectors for the intake manifold
stock retainers
60mm throttle body
high flow cat

It is about as useful as a door stop for you right now. I would look into:

-Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator
-Adjustable Cam Gear
